Preserving the life of your system through regular service visits offers both peace of mind and saves costs in the long run. Some of the systems we installed when we first started trading in 1993, have been regularly serviced and are still functioning today!
We have a team of dedicated engineers who are specialists in system maintenance. We offer a choice of agreements to suit different requirements. In addition to annual visits to service the system, you will have priority access to engineers’ call outs if required (next working day response- if not sooner) and these will be a discounted rate.
Whether you have an Access Control, CCTV or Intercom System, we have a maintenance programme to look after your equipment. At each site visit, the engineer will perform a comprehensive selection of system checks, from monitoring voltages and opening equipment to check for water ingress to testing and cleaning access points and updating software, our maintenance visits leave no area untouched.

For sites needing support 365 days a year and 24 hours a day, top up your Maintenance Agreement to include access to DS Security Engineers Out of Hours – who will either offer remote support over the phone or visit site directly when called.
