Cloud based systems have their software hosted and managed remotely, so you don’t need to worry about your own IT network accommodating this. Our cloud-based featured systems are manufactured by Brivo and Volo.
PC-based systems have their software hosted on your own PC eliminating any external hosting fees. Our PC based featured systems are Paxton, ACT365, and ASSA ABLOY.

Access Control Systems are easy to administer
- You issue a code, card, fob or smartphone credential to every member of staff
- Each can be uniquely programmed to provide access only to where you allow them to go
- Access can be limited to selected times and days
- Reports can be created showing times when users enter
- If lost, you simply block that card, fob or code and issue another
- Any door left open or forced open can alert staff or monitoring systems
Where can Access Control Systems be used?
Access control systems can be used anywhere in your building and grounds:
- On external gates and barriers
- Control of main entrances – whether they are revolving doors or standard doors
- Inside your building – access control can manage turnstiles and control internal doors
- Restrict access to individual areas such as the server rooms or project offices

Multi Format Cards can allow two different manufacturers’ systems to be used together in certain scenarios. This means that additional doors can be added to an existing system rather than installing new equipment throughout the entire premises.
